Captain Pascal Albanese is a USCG 100-ton licensed open water Master. He has been sailing the seas around Martha's Vineyard for the past 30 years. S/V Dulcinea is the 3rd sailboat he has owned. She is a Taiwanese built, full keeled 42' double ender with a cutter rig. Pascal has sailed the entire Eastern coast of the US, from Nova Scotia to the Florida Keys, as well as exploring the Bahamas.

 

Pascal's wife, Jeanie Hay Sternbach, grew up on Martha's Vineyard and is also a licensed Captain and a massage therapist. Montgomery, their 6-year-old, has loved to sail since he was an infant, cruising the currents with the wind in his hair. Witch of Endor Sailing Charters is their small family business and they all feel grateful to be able to share the joy of sailing with family, friends & guests.
